E N O T E To Register in Person Step #1 Fill out a registration form. Click to print a form you can fill out by hand. Step #2 Collect donations. Click to print a form to solicit donations. List all donors on the registration form, and attach their checks. Step #3 Check in on Walk Day. At 8:00 on the day of the event, bring your completed registration form, your $20 registration fee, and any donations you have collected to the Walk Registration Table. To Register Online Step #1 Fill out a registration form. Click HERE for e-Registration form. E-Registrations are posted to this site so you can collect e-Contributions. E-Registrations must be accompanied by your registration/donation.* Step #2 Collect donations. Click HERE to send an e-mail to your potential sponsors. Send your sponsors to MAKE A DONATION where they can select the name of the person they are sponsoring. You can also take donations in person, and turn them in at the Walk e-Registration Table. Step #3 Check in on Walk Day. At 8:00 a.m. on the day of the event, check in at the e-Registration Table . Turn in any donations you have collected in person. Collect your prizes!
